By submitting this application, you agree to the following wholesale terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility & Approval

• Wholesale accounts are available only to businesses with a valid Tax ID & Resale Certificate.
• All applications are subject to approval. We reserve the right to deny or revoke wholesale access at our discretion.

2. Minimum Order Requirements

• A minimum order amount of $50 is required for wholesale pricing.
• Reorders may have different minimum requirements based on product availability.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Wholesale pricing is confidential and exclusive to approved wholesale accounts.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Payment is required at checkout.

4. Tax Exemption

• A valid resale certificate must be provided to qualify for tax exemption.
• Orders shipped to states requiring sales tax will be taxed unless proper documentation is on file.

5. Order Processing & Lead Times

• Orders are processed in the order received. Standard lead times are 5-10 business days but may vary based on volume and seasonality.
• Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damages once an order has been shipped.
• International buyers are responsible for customs fees and import taxes.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

• All sales are final unless items arrive damaged or defective.
• Claims for damaged items must be reported within 3 Days of delivery with photo evidence.
• Cancellations must be made within 24 hours or before production begins.

8. Intellectual Property & Branding

• Wholesale customers may not claim our products as their own designs.
• Our branding, logos, or product names cannot be used without written permission.

9. Resale & Distribution

• Products may be sold only in your physical or online store—no third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Etsy) unless approved.
• Prices must remain consistent with our suggested retail pricing to maintain brand integrity.

10. Agreement & Policy Updates

• By submitting a wholesale application and placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
