This listing is for the production of a custom item using artwork provided by the customer. Simply upload your file, select your options, and we’ll create your custom piece.

• This listing is intended for customer-supplied, production-ready files.

• If you need us to create, modify, trace, vectorize, clean up, or otherwise design your artwork, our Design Time listing must be added to your order. Design services are not included in this listing.

• Orders submitted with files requiring design work may be placed on hold until the appropriate Design Time listing has been purchased.

What’s Included:

• Production of one custom item using your provided artwork

• Basic file review to ensure the file can be processed

• Standard sizing and setup for production

• Laser engraving, cutting, printing, or fabrication based on the selected product

File Requirements:

• SVG files are strongly preferred

• PNG, JPG, and JPEG files should be a minimum of 300 DPI at the final production size

• Artwork should be complete and ready for production (or add design fee listing to your order)

• Files requiring cleanup, tracing, vector conversion, redesign, or significant modifications may require the purchase of additional design services

Please Note:

• This listing does not include custom design work.

• Minor sizing adjustments may be made as needed for production.

• We are not responsible for poor results caused by low-quality, blurry, pixelated, incomplete, or improperly formatted files.

• If your file requires design work beyond basic setup, we will contact you with available options before production begins.

By placing your order, you acknowledge that your file is production-ready and meets the file requirements listed above.

Mirror Acrylic will have a grey/colored backing. Flashback may occur on the back side and may be visible on some colors of mirror acrylic, this will not affect the appearance of the front mirrored side of the item.
